While ticket sales help, Greenwood-Lander Performing Arts would not be able to provide quality productions and outreach programs without sponsorship from area businesses and individual donors. Recently Walmart presented a check for $2,000 to GLPA for use with the organization's outreach program. This donation is part of Walmart's effort to support children from the Greenwood area and provide them with opportunities they may not otherwise have. The GLPA outreach program is offered during the day and is available to public school, private school and home-schooled children. Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy the same amazing programming offered as part of the regular GLPA season and more. Sponsorship opportunities for GLPA's outreach and evening performances are still available.
