The time has arrived for Lander University's annual Student-Directed One-Act Plays. This year, four Lander students will take the director's chair. Performances are Wednesday-Friday, Feb. 16-18, at 8 p.m., and Saturday, Feb. 19, at 3 p.m. in Lander's Abney Cultural Center Greenroom Theatre. This event is sponsored by Lander University's Department of Mass Communication and Theatre.
Student directors are: Madison Bull of Columbia, Dustin Kelly of Enoree, Rachel Perry of Saluda and Ashley Ulmer of Covington, Ga.
One-acts include Joseph T. Shipley's "Echo;" Philip Moeller's "Helena's Husband;" Alice Gerstenberg's "Fourteen;" and Tennessee Williams' "Lady of Larkspur Lotion."
Monique Sacay-Bagwell, Lander associate professor of mass communication and theatre, is the faculty supervisor for the production. The production designer and technical director for the production is Jennifer Sansfacon, Lander assistant professor of mass communication and theatre.
