Students in Lander University's Mass Communication and Theatre Department will appear in the one-act play "'Dentity Crisis" March 30-April 2. It is a one-act play described by critics as an irreverent mixture of parody, satire, theatre jokes and nonsense, punctuated by moments of wit and hilarity.
The director is senior Tessa Ray Moody, of Orange Beach, Ala., a mass communication major with a theatre emphasis. Moody has appeared on stage in several Lander and community productions.
The play will be held in the Green Room Studio in Lander's Josephine B. Abney Cultural Center. Performances on March 30, 31 and April 1 will begin at 8 p.m., with a 3 p.m. matinee on April 2. Admission all four days is free but donations will be accepted to Lander's scholarship fund.
Seating its limited, and the play is for mature audiences only because of its strong adult content.
