High School students and their families can have all of their higher education questions answered during College Night, Wednesday, Oct. 24, at Lander University's Finis Horne Arena.
From 6-7:30 p.m., admissions representatives from more than 40 colleges and universities will be on hand to offer advice on the college search and discuss the application and admission process. Attendees can also speak with financial aid representatives regarding the various sources of financial aid available and the best ways and times to apply for them.
College Night is designed to be a convenient way for high school students and their parents to learn more about the many educational opportunities available in this state and region. Public and private institutions from across South Carolina and beyond are scheduled to attend, including Lander University, Piedmont Technical College, Anderson University, Erskine College, Newberry College, Winthrop University, Presbyterian College, The Citadel, Clemson University and the University of South Carolina.
