Greenwood County Councilwoman Edith Childs speaks to an audience of Lander University students, employees, and community members during a forum on February 17 in the Carnell Learning Center. Councilwoman Childs shared her personal experience of serving the community through leadership and politics. The program, "Women of Color in Politics," was part of Lander's celebration of Black History Month.
