Dr. Zach Rubin, an assistant professor of sociology at Lander University, is collaborating with Clemson University researchers on a food and wellness study for South Carolina.
Rubin's students will conduct phone surveys of Greenwood County residents. The calls are approximately 30 minutes long and will help researchers better understand the nature of food and health behaviors.
A $10 gift card will be given for participation.
