Junior computer information systems major Dillon Hassing (center), of Fort Mill, was named Mr. Lander 2024 at the conclusion of the annual Mr. Lander Pageant held Friday, March 23. Hassing won over the judges with his solo guitar performance of Bon Jovi’s “Wanted Dead or Alive,” and was crowned by Jonathan Walker (left), Mr. Lander 2023. Meanwhile, sophomore public health major Bryson Bruster (right) was named First Runner-Up, and received the award for Best Dressed. The Mr. Lander Pageant was part of the University’s “Greek Week” programming, and helped raise funding to support the philanthropic work of Lander’s sororities and fraternities.
