Sure, freezing tuition is trendy now, but at Lander University, it’s commonplace. Our tuition rate for in-state students has been locked in since 2016, and we have no plans to change that any time soon!

Have you heard the big news? Lander’s long track record of frozen tuition is making national headlines, earning a mention by Forbes as one of America’s trendsetters in keeping higher education affordable1.
“Lander University wants to keep a high-quality education within reach for the thousands of students who attend,” said Lander President Richard Cosentino. “Continuing to freeze tuition allows our students to focus on what’s important: preparing for their future.”
Ten Years Later
Students and their families should be able to financially plan for the cost of higher education, and at Lander University, we’ve built a reputation for offering an affordable education that still delivers an enriching college education.
Affordability Matters
At Lander, we were freezing tuition before it was cool... no pun intended.
But our decision to keep tuition affordable had nothing to do with being trend-setters. Our decision to freeze tuition, year after year, was made with students in mind.
We strongly believe a college education is an important investment in your future career. Those with a four-year college degree have lower unemployment rates and significantly higher earnings when compared to those without a college education1. Meanwhile, the earnings gap between those with and without college degrees continues to grow2.
At Lander, our mission is to move our students from the classroom to their future careers, or into the graduate program of their choice. Our professors teach innovative courses that will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in whatever field you choose.
We also strive to provide this quality education at a price that our students can afford.
Our application process is easy and our staff will help you evaluate your options.
