Providing formal education in leadership is an enriching, desirable dimension of a liberal arts higher education at Lander University. The Lander Leadership Program (LLP) is a series of one credit, low stress classes that challenges students to analyze leadership practices in themselves and others, define their personal leadership style, and explore how to lead a variety of settings. Currently there are two levels of LLP available, each themed around a different leadership topic. This program is offered through the Department of Student Life and we welcome any student to join our class, no application necessary.
