The Lander University Wellness Center is not an emergency department or trauma center. In Case of Emergency on campus, immediately report the name of the person involved, the location, and the nature of the problem to University Police at 8911. University Police will notify the Emergency Medical Service (EMS) and/or contact the appropriate university officials and resources.
Students requiring mental health or medical emergency treatment will be transported to the Emergency Care Center at Self Regional Healthcare which is open 24-hours. The student is responsible for all associated fees.
