Verify all connections are made correctly per instructions referenced for the appropriate Residence Hall.
Report all problems concerning network access to ITS by calling 864-388-8234. The staff there will be able to assist you.
If ITS personnel need to come to the residence hall room to resolve the connection problem, this will be done on Monday through Thursday between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:30 pm and Fridays between the hours of 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. The individual experiencing connection problems must be present at the time ITS personnel are scheduled to be there.
