The Technology Resource Assistance Center for Students (TRACS) provides assistance for student laptops and network connections in the residence halls.
TRACS provides quality support to Lander University students with a high degree of customer service and technical expertise and helps to develop and enhance the technical skills of Lander University students.
TRACS Hours and Location
TRACS is located on the lower level of Jackson Library adjacent to the Computer Commons
Spring and Fall Semester: Monday – Friday: 8:00 am until 5:00 pm
Summer Semesters: Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am until 5:00 pm
TRACS may be open additional hours throughout the year for special events and during Freshman Move-in and Orientation.
Please note that between semesters and during University recognized holidays, TRACS hours may vary. Please call the ITS Help Desk at 864-388-8234 with questions about TRACS hours during these periods.
Student Laptop Loaner Program
A limited number of laptops are available as loaner units for enrolled students during the current term. For more information, please see the service request here. (Note: Lander login is required to view or initiate a request.)
