The Honors College

Grow beyond the classroom

The Lander University Honors College is a community of bright, ambitious students working closely with faculty mentors to take on challenges both inside and outside of the classroom.

Perhaps you'll take on a research project of your own. Recently, Lander students contributed to a NASA grant project, attended a prestigious summer seminar in California, and participated in academic and professional conferences. Honors students are often featured in Lander's annual academic showcase, which provides students an opportunity to publicly display and present outstanding original work created during that academic year.

As you finish your education, the Honors faculty can help you process what you learned and market your new credentials. On and off campus, students of the Lander University Honors College get the support, encouragement and opportunity they need to thrive.
