Lander University offers special undergraduate tuition rates for SC National Guard, Active Duty Personnel, and Military Family Members.
Incoming students who have applied and been accepted into Lander who meet any of the below criteria may qualify for the military tuition rate:
- South Carolina National Guard
- Active Duty and Reserve Component with US Armed Forces
- Veterans with Honorable Discharge
- Dependents of Service Members and Veterans/Retirees
To apply, students must:
- Complete the Military Discount Form
- Email supporting documentation to veterans@lander.edu. Include the student's L# in the subject line of the email
Graduate students may also qualify for a reduced tuition rate. Please contact your graduate studies program coordinator for more information on how you may qualify.
SC National Guard Rate
Lander University has a rich history of alumni who serve in the South Carolina National Guard. In addition to our alumni, South Carolina National Guard members make up a significant portion of Lander University's student-veteran population. In order to better serve our state's National Guard members, Lander University is now offering SC National Guard Special Tuition Rate.
