CrossFit

CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, performed at relatively high intensity with the intent to increase work capacity across broad time and modal domains. It improves your overall fitness by doing different exercises with correct mechanics, consistency with these mechanics, and with intensity after this has been achieved.

Pilates

Lengthen and strengthen your body in this mat-based class as you are guided through a series of low-impact exercises focusing on deep muscles of the abdominals, back, hips, and glutes. Pilates places emphasis on the importance of breath work to develop a mind/body connection. Benefits of Pilates include better posture, increased strength, and injury prevention through improving joint stability and mobility as well as muscular flexibility.

Spin

Take bike riding to a whole new level indoors! Let our instructors motivate you through this muscular and cardiovascular endurance class with bike sprints, hill climbs, jumps, and more to your favorite upbeat music. Training on a bike makes this workout low impact but you choose your intensity by adjusting your speed and resistance.

Team Sports

Exercise doesn't need to be boring. Team sports is a combination of playing and learning various sports with the goal of becoming more physically active. Learn a new sport, practice your skills, and play various sports with your friends! A great way to exercise with your friends, prepare for intramurals, and meet new people!

Yoga

Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. Yoga helps to improve flexibility and muscular endurance in a calm and relaxing environment.
