Returning Students

• Complete an application.
• Submit final official transcripts from all colleges attended since last enrollment at Lander University.
• Submit a final official high school transcript (if not previously submitted).

There is no application fee required for readmission. In order for a former student to be reviewed for readmission, any indebtedness to the University must be settled.

• Fall Semester - August 1
• Spring Semester - December 15
• Summer Semester - May 1

A student wishing to return to the University after having served their term of suspension must be approved to return by the Admissions Committee. In order for your information to be reviewed, you must:

• Complete a new Application for Admission.
• Complete the Appeal for Readmission form (PDF).
• Request a meeting with your advisor or the department chairperson to discuss academic goals, your class schedule upon return and have them sign the appeal form.
• Request that the advisor write a statement in your favor.
• Submit a personal statement explaining the circumstances of the suspension and what measures have been taken to correct this in the future.
• Meet with the dean of your department to sign off on your return to Lander.

Your entire appeal packet should be submitted to the Office of Admissions.
