About Phi Mu - Kappa Tau, Lander University:
Phi Mu Fraternity was the first national sorority founded at Lander University. Kappa Tau strives to be heavily involved on campus by supporting Lander university programs and other student organizations such as University Program Council, Lander College Panhellenic Council, Greek Week, and Homecoming. Phi Mu can be found participating in Greek events like Gamma Phi Beta's Moonball, Zeta Tau Alpha's Pink Week, and other fundraising efforts throughout the Greek community. Members of Phi Mu are also involved in the greater Greenwood community through United Way, Beyond Abuse, Greenwood Humane Society, Greenwood Soup Kitchen, and more!
In support of Phi Mu's national philanthropy the Children's Miracle Network, Kappa Tau hosts a biannual Pie-A-Phi fundraiser! During one of this year's sisterhood retreats the members of Kappa Tau traveled to Greenville, SC Build-A-Bear. They stuffed, dressed, and hand delivered all of their bears to patients at the Greenville Children's Miracle Network Hospital.
