Lander University will utilize an online Employee Performance Management System (EPMS) to perform all functions of the EPMS process. This system will enable employees to electronically create, review, and sign the planning stage and evaluation documents. Workflow reminders will be utilized to remind employees at certain intervals of the next steps in the EPMS process. Retention of historical documents will also be available for employees to review previously created planning stage and evaluation documents.
Employees will be able to access the EPMS system through several locations:
If an employee needs to sign in, they will see a screen similar to the single sign-on page used to log into other Lander network systems. Enter in your network User Name and Password and click login. Once you are logged in, the EPMS system will be able to be used based on an employee's particular role (NOTE: Not all employees will have each section listed - if there is a question regarding a role, please contact the Office of Human Resources at HR@lander.edu). This system functions the best in Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
