The Master of Science degree in Exercise Science equips professionals in physical education, sport, fitness, health and wellness, and healthcare to expand their understanding of the field of exercise science in one of two areas of concentration: Sport Performance & Rehabilitation or Clinical Exercise Physiology.
Lander’s MEd. in Montessori Education program makes it possible for certified teachers to obtain a master’s degree in Montessori education in as little as 18 months. Lander is one of the few colleges or universities in the country, and the only one in South Carolina, to offer undergraduate- and graduate-level Montessori teacher education degrees. Master’s candidates can select a program leading to American Montessori Society certification at one of three levels: early childhood, ages 3 to 6; elementary grades 1 to 3; and elementary grades 4 to 6.
The MAT in Special Education, PK-12 Certification, is designed to allow students to earn both a master’s degree and their initial certification as a special educator, with coursework completed online and clinical placements completed in their local school districts.
